Do I need an account?
No, you can book without one. After you book, we’ll send email and text reminders to create an account so you can manage your profile, save payment methods, and track your jobs and history.
What does the service call cost?
A flat $149 for Heating & AC, plumbing and electrical. It covers the trip and diagnosis and is charged with a 4.75% processing fee when your Service Tech arrives, with payment held until job completion. Your card is saved at booking with no charge, and nothing is charged if no Service Tech accepts. Extra work is charged only after you approve each item.
How fast does a Service Tech accept?
The nearest available Service Tech has 60 seconds to accept. If they decline or do not respond, your request moves to the next available Service Tech. Arrival depends on your contractor and location.
Where do you work?
Repairs and tune-ups are live in six metros: Oklahoma City (Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Edmond, Yukon, Mustang, Midwest City, Del City, Bethany and surrounding suburbs), Tulsa (Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Bixby, Jenks, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Glenpool, Catoosa and Claremore), Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Roofing and remodeling estimates are available in every city we serve.
What about roofing and remodeling?
Roofing and Remodeling offer free estimate visits with our designated contractor. Active roof leaks needing an emergency tarp use on-demand dispatch.
Who performs the work?
An independently licensed contractor. Your confirmation identifies your contractor and their Oklahoma license number when a tech is assigned.
Are Whitevan Service Techs licensed?
Yes. Any trade that requires a license in the state where the work is done requires that license to be a Whitevan Service Tech Pro.
What if no tech is available?
We keep looking for up to 2 hours and text you when a Service Tech accepts. You can also pick a time instead from your text or request link. Nothing is charged unless a Service Tech arrives.
What if I smell gas or see fire?
Leave the property and call 911 or your utility emergency line immediately. Whitevan is not an emergency response service.
