1. STEP 1

   Tell us what you need.

   Choose your service and add your address and contact details. For repairs, pick Right now or a scheduled time slot. For tune-ups, choose a plan and preferred window. Roofing and remodeling start with a free estimate request. No account or payment is required to submit.

2. STEP 2

   Connect with a local Pro.

   For urgent and scheduled repairs, we offer your request to the nearest eligible Available Pro. They have 60 seconds to accept; a decline or no answer sends it to the next Pro. Projects go to our designated contractor, and remodeling waits for acceptance before confirmation. Follow acceptance and visit updates on your request page.

3. STEP 3

   Approve the work. Pay when done.

   Your Pro diagnoses the issue and quotes the work before starting. You approve any repairs or extra work. The service-call charge is credited toward the repair; the Right-now surcharge is shown before you submit. After completion, your Pro enters the final bill and you pay from your request page. A free estimate doesn’t commit you to a project.
