Service-call fees cover the trip and diagnosis, and are credited toward the repair. The $149 service call plus a 4.75% processing fee is charged when your Service Tech arrives, with payment held until job completion. Your card is saved at booking with no charge, and nothing is charged if no Service Tech accepts. Extra work is charged only after you approve each item.

Repair costs depend on the diagnosis, labor and materials. Your contractor provides a quote before starting. Emergency arrival is an availability-dependent target, not a guaranteed response time.
